The objective of this thesis is to study the application strategy of the Dual Vocational Education System in China,which is led by the enterprises.Starting with the Dual Vocational system in Germany and Canada,from the angels of: History and Development;Present Conditions;Evaluation System;Cost and Resource,the thesis affords the developed Vocational Education System of the western world and its operational state.Comparing in the aspects of Apprentices Resources;Vocational System & Result;Government's Support to the educational system,the thesis showcased the disadvantages of Chinese Vocational Educational System.The author of the thesis detected the 5 issues for the application of the Dual Vocational system in China after his deliberate study and analysis,by means and tools of PEST,Blue Ocean Strategy,SWOT,Target Marketing Analysis,Charting,Exemplification,Comparison,Maslow's hierarchy of needs… The author analyzed problems one by one and solved them.The solutions for the problems of application of Dual Vocational Education System provided by the author are practicable.As the true practical tools for Dual Vocational Education System,they could be used as the guidelines for the application of it in present Chinese enterprises.The conclusion of the thesis is:As long as the significance of Dual Vocational Education for the future of businesses & industrial progress in China is completely comprehended by the enterprises,the successful development of the Dual Vocational Education System in China can be achieved,based on the total involvement of the enterprises and the proper practicable strategies.
