Nowadays, a plurality and complexity of the social environment is increasingly penetrating through the educational field and teacher group. Going with the development of professional knowledge and education/teaching specialization, teacher's occupational bewilderment, psychological problems are more and more serious, which reduced the teachers' occupational happiness. As everyone knows, teacher's occupation happiness is closely related to their post competency. Only through enhancing their post competency, can teachers feel more sense of accomplishment. Then they will enjoy their working, and make the teaching job become the starting point and end point to realize their self-value. After that, teachers can feel more occupation happiness.This paper is focused on finding the factors of increasing the teachers' occupational happiness from the post competence perspective. Take the high-school teachers of Yudu county in Jiangxi province as the research object, several conclusions can be achieved as follows(from the228effective questionnaires):1. Whether a high-school teacher is staying at the occupational happiness status or not, the following factors have the most significant positive relativity with it. They are the sexuality, the length of teaching period, school type, assuming class adviser or not, assuming which grades.2. The seven dimensions of teacher's post competency have the positive relativity with the following demographic elements:the sexuality, the age, the length of teaching period, the educational background, assuming class adviser or not, assuming which grades, the positional ranks and the income. Especially, the occupation preference versus the sexuality, achievement orientation versus the educational background, both are highly positive correlation.3. Teacher's post competency and their occupation happiness exists a moderate positive correlation. In the post competency factors, there are three dimensions had the most significant positive relativity with the teacher's occupational happiness. They are professional attainment, occupation preference and achievement orientation. According to the research results above, the high-school teachers' occupational happiness still remains a further rising space. Under the examination-oriented education system, the college entrance examination has too much great influence on the families, schools. This is not only for the hard-working high-school students, but also a great challenge for high-school teachers. From the perspective of teachers'post competency, this paper put forward several feasible suggestions and strategies from teacher, school and social point of view, hoping they could play a part in improving the teachers'occupation happiness.
