Starting from my actual experience when I served as a special-post teacher,the paper works to make a deep understanding of real situation of this special group,analyze their occupational happiness and find out influencing factors for their occupational happiness,so as to put forward feasible suggestion on the perfection of "Special-post Plan",thus stabilizing rural teacher team,enriching rural education resources,narrowing the gap between rural and urban areas and promoting the balance development of education.The paper takes the methods of questionnaire and interview,carried out with factor analysis and other ways.The study focuses on the correlation between objective living environment and subjective desire and demand of “special-post teachers”,studying the influence of actual policy,living environment,social identification and self-realization on their career happiness.In addition,Maslow's needs model was employed to set a qualitative model of career happiness to make model motivation factor analysis,so ass to provide both micro and macro education managers with theoretical support and optimization suggestion on the improvement of occupational happiness of “special-post teachers”,thus stabilizing rural teacher team,promoting rural education development and reliving the major contractions in our current society with theoretical support.The paper is divided into 5 parts: the first part illustrates the reason for the topic selection,study target and method,analyzes the situation of relevant study at home and aboard and their shortages,then make identification to the concept of happiness of “special-post teachers”;the second part is the investigation on the demographic situation,overall happiness,retainment and loss of “special-post teachers” in Xuanhan County;the third part analyzes the influencing factors for occupational happiness of “special-post teachers” in Xuanhan County based on Maslow theory;the fourth part puts forward the strategy on the improvement of career happiness of specially contracted teachers from both micro and macro manner;the last part is the conclusion.
