With the continuous development of information technology in education, digital learning resources ofthe Internet have become the main knowledge source for self-learning. However, these massive learningresources provide convenient for learners but at the same time also brings a greater challenge. How tobetter take advantage of these learning resources so that they can serve learners well, and how to enrich andupdate learning resources of the resource library constantly have become a major issue that should besolved emergently for the builders and managers. So in this paper, we use the idea of "flow" that borrowsfrom Knowledge Management (Knowledge Management: KM), to carry out the research of KM-baseddigital learning resource library management methods.This study, firstly described the theoretical basis of the KM-based digital learning resources librarymanagement methods, including the related theory about knowledge management, learning resourcestheory, the concept of the learning process and the corresponding learning theory; then analyzed the actualneeds to carry out the digital learning resource management method, on the base of these work, proposedthe basic way of the KM-based digital learning resource library management, which absorbed thecharacteristics of the dynamic cycle of knowledge in knowledge management, and took the tacit knowledgein the minds of learners and their own knowledge structure as the support, after the process of resourcesearch, data mining, resource integration, it will return to learners' individual knowledge systems to achievesublimation of knowledge. Finally, set the instance of the application of the KM-based digital learningresource library management methods.The results show that in the self-learning process, the method not only enables the learner to completethe independent study of the learning task, but also promotes the effective integration of digital learning resource library and dynamic updates. The results of this study have some practical significance for theeffective management and integration of digital learning resources and the promotion of learners'autonomous learning.
