the new generation of migrant workers are a part of youth in our society,and were recognized asa special disadvantage groups.They cause people's concern and attention from all walks in thecommunity.However, through case interviews and analysis,the author found that:under the background oflost in moral social and cultural spirit shortage up and down in our country, moral alienation phenomenonto appear inside the new generation of migrant workers,moral problem also increasingly prominent.suchas:the concept of professional ethics is fuzzy,mainly displays in:lack of hard-working spirit in thework,change work frequently,can not keep discipline and so on; The concept of family virtue desaltconstantly, mainly displays in:the consciousness of family is apathetic,the sense of responsibility of familyis poor, the concept of marriage is radical and so on;The concept of social morality is weak,mainly displaysin:lack of honest,trustworthy, justice,public awareness and so on; The spirit of collectivism isindifferent,mainly displays in:can not handle the relationship between personal interest and collectiveinterest,personal interest and national interest,immediate interest and long-term interest.The appearance of any form of moral problem both has the objective factors and subjectivefactors.The moral problem of new generation of migrant workers can not be excluded. The objectivefactors of the appearance of it contains:social factors,family factors.
