A high quality education resources needs expanding with the development of times and the need of people. People are looking forward to the improvement of the school level, and expecting schools to provide students with more "appropriate" education.Primary and Middle schools are the base of our implemented basis education.The school system construction is the core element in the development of the school, whose basic goal is to promote the sustainable development of schools, professional development of teachers and lifelong development of students.The components include the quality of system, the implementation of system, the environment of system and the efficiency of system, etc.Through the diagnosis of primary and middle schools system, the writer utilized the related knowledge on public management and culture, education, organizational behavior, analyzed the present situation of the system construction, revealed the problems, found out the effective ways to strengthen the construction of the school system and put forward the ideas and models of the construction of the school system on this paper. It will help to raise the level of education for Nanchang and it will beneficial for the urban schools to run.The ideas in the passage will help to keep the normal operation and development of the school organization, to promote education quality and the curriculum reform, to provide students with more high-quality education, to improve the level of management for primary and middle schools in Nanchang.
