Practice And Exploration For System And Cultural Construction Of Middle School In Nanchang

Balanced development is the main characteristics and strategic task of basic education. Promoting the balanced development of basic education is a fundamental guiding ideology, an essential strategic choice in pushing forward quality education, an important method to solve the education problems. The authorproposed that system and culture of school should be studied. And the authortried to establish an analytical frame which is helpful in school’s efficience and development and provide a reference for the administrator of school and education. On the other hand, the author sought a new thinking angle to achievethe value persuit on the basis of balanced education. According to the process of system and cultural construction in Nanchang No.13Middle School, the thesis based on reading lots of related research analyzed the cause of the original system cultural construction. As a result, the author found that a school can form a good school culture and ecology through the construction of systemculture, which is helpful to the school administrator to manage a better school.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part makes the introduction,describing the research background and status at home and abroad,the research purpose and meaning, the main content, key and difficult points. The secondpart is the connotation and boundary of the system and culture and the related meaning. The third part is introducing the developing process of the systemand culture in Nanchang No.13Middle School and finding existing problems and analyzing the cause. The fourth part shows the efficiency of theconstructionof school’s system and culture and the problems existing in it.The fifth part is to provide some approaches to improve the system and culture of a school.
