Ideological and political education as the key and difficult points of the school moral education reform efforts, have been subject to the education sector and the whole community's attention. Secondary vocational education as an important part of education in China, China's modernization plays a vital role, but with continuous enrollment in our colleges and universities, the students' quality of vocational schools faced with a downward trend, coupled with long-standing vocational education objectives of the utilitarian interpretation, these will affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work in vocational schools, leading to the goal difficult to achieve. Faced with this situation, the positive analysis resulting in secondary vocational schools ideological and political education to the lack of effectiveness of the reason, looking for ways to solve the problem, which is engaged when the imperative of vocational schools in the ideological and political educators.This article adhere to the combination of internal and external causes of moral philosophy, to actively explore the concept of education to change the vocational school teachers, enhance the ability of the ideological and political quality of all teachers, to develop an effective way to ideological and political education, build vocational education characteristics of the ideological and political education methods and patterns of school ideological and political education of papers breakthrough unipolar proposed integration of social, family and the power of optimization of countermeasures of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools, and provide useful lessons for vocational schools in the ideological and political education.The full text is divided into five chapters. The third chapter to explore the problems of vocational schools in the process of ideological and political education work.
