| In recent years, the comprehensive quality of nursing students in secondary vocational schools is declining and the nursing students’ vocational ability can not adapt to the requirements of the society, which has become a big problem of the cultivation of nursing professionals in vocational schools increasingly. Therefore, there is an important task for the vocational school educators to train the students to become more qualified skilled professions in order to meet the requirements of the society and the parents.Based on this thinking, by combing the documents and literature of the student development theory, this thesis defines the problems in student development. At the same time,under the enlightenment of the process education theory, the author carries out a research on the stage development of nursing students, to determine the growth factors of vocational nursing students.According to the factors of the nursing students’ development in secondary vocational schools, this thesis, taken Zhanjiang Nursing School of Guangdong province as an example, investigates the problems of the development of nursing students of three grades from three aspects, namely the students’ physical and mental health, academic performance and comprehensive skills. In the investigation, the author finds out there are various problems in the development of nursing students of secondary vocational school, such as lack of interest in physical exercise, low physical ability, poor understanding of professions,ignorance of career planning, insufficient awareness of professional ethics, unsatisfying academic performance and lack of learning motivation, inappropriate learning methods, poor interpersonal communication ability and weak legal consciousness. These problems vary in grades, and their causes are different as well.In view of the differences in different stages of the development of nursing students in secondary vocational schools, this thesis tries to put forward some educational countermeasures, such as improving the physical fitness training by grade division,conducting career planning training by grade division, program design of the core moral education by grade division, carrying out health counseling according to the psychological differences of different grades, cultivating students’ learning attitude, learning ability,interpersonal communication skills, awareness of legal consciousness, safety skills and comprehensive profession skills according to grade difference. To sum up, through comparative analysis on the development in various stages of vocational nursing students, thisthesis tries to explore the problems of the student development and seek corresponding cultivating methods more in line with the law of the student development. It aims to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students in vocational schools and enhance their ability of employment at the same time, it can also help the vocational nursing educators to establish new teaching concepts, reform teaching methods, and promote the sustainable development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools. |
