History teaching transition from junior school to senior middle school has always been the focus of many history teaching researchers and history teachers. Since New Course Revolution was carried out, abundant changes have taken place on history course in junior school and senior middle school, such as course system, content arrangement, knowledge depth and width, teaching method and learning method. In this situation, it has a realistic meaning to carry out research on history teaching transition from junior school to senior middle school. Based on history teaching in junior school, history teaching in senior middle school is a kind of education in a higher level; as a result, good transition is beneficial to improving history teaching quality of middle school. Focusing on history teaching reality and guided by history teaching theory, this thesis discusses history teaching transition in a deeper level. The thesis is made up of three parts: first part, analyzing causes to transition problems according to relevant resources; second part, in the view of history in Grade One of senior middle school, clarifying the necessity to solve history teaching problems in middle school; part three, based on classroom teaching and targeted on teacher and students, searching solutions to history teaching transition from junior school to senior middle school.Through researches, the author comes to a conclusion that it's beneficial to change concept of both teachers and students, train good learning habits of students, and pay more attention to combination between teaching and ability. In teaching practice, the author finds that making study papers is a useful way to improve history teaching transition from junior school to senior middle school.
