Evaluation Of Available Land For Construction Based On Gis In Liaoning Province

According to《The State Council Views of Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning》([2007] Document No. 21), National Development and Reform Commission Planning Division,Chinese Academy of Sciences Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning program and Remote Sensing Geographic Information Support System Research Group proposed《Technical Specification of Provincial division of Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning》,which is the fundamental basis of Division and Evaluation fundamentals for Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning。《Technical Specification》clearly put forward nine quantitative indicators of dominance as available land resources, available water resources, environmental capacity, fragile ecosystems, ecological importance, Natural Disaster Risk,The degree of population concentration,Level of economic development,Traffic dominance,which is important Basis for Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning。In this paper, Author take Liaoning Province as the study object.Author make quantitative analysis and measurement study of available land resources. Although the《Technical Specification》provides preliminary estimates in common indicators and technical methods from the height of the country, but considering the actual situation of Liaoning, author make specific quantitative indicators of available land resources and provide resources evaluation results.This study includes the following four parts. First, author redefine available land resources refer basic definition of Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning. According to space choice constraints of available land resources, author provides estimates methods and abundance calculation model. Second, Author select available land and evaluate abundance of available land by GIS. Third, Considering topography, author use land conservation,ecological protection to calculate abundance of available land resources and spatial differences of abundance. Fourth, on the basis of the above, author proposed the intensity of development,available land resources,residual intensity of development.This research based on MapInfo-Vertical Mapper (VM-MapInfo) software platform terrain analysis process and has some ground-breaking technology and methods. The paper constructing DEM to analysis quantitative by GIS technology .The results is the basic data for Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning.It is a important reference value for Regional Major Function Oriented Zoning.
