Based On The Main Body Function Area Planning Of Available Land Resources In Gansu Province

The “eleventh five-year” plan outline clearly put forward for the first time in ourcountry,"according to the resources and environment carrying capacity, existingdevelopment density and development potential, and to plan as a whole to considerthe futur of our country population distribution, economic layout, land use andurbanization patterns, land space is divided into optimized development, keydevelopment, limited development and prohibited development of four types ofdevelopment priority zones." Main body function regionalization for future guidanceand constraints, the distribution of population in our country’s future, economic layout,land use and urbanization pattern of overall scheme, standardize the order of spacedevelopment of our country have a profound and substantial effect.In this paper, we study in the process of development priority zones classifiedguidance available land resources evaluation results, quality and quantity of availableland resources distribution are reaction with the region’s land use potential,environmental carrying capacity, degree of status quo of the development. Theevaluation results in Gansu province as the main body function area division of aguiding factors, in order to achieve the purpose of the optimal use of land. Paper mainresearch results are as follows:(1)Evaluation of the results of the study.Longdong loess Gao Yuan available landresources with a total area of423651.448hectares, mainly distributed in huancounty、qingcheng county、zhenyuan county of qingyang city，lingtai town ofpingliang city. In the loess hilly-gully region, the use of land resources in this areacovers an area of1125231.431hectares, accounting for the province’s15.33%of thetotal. The main distribution in huining, yongdeng county, jingyuan, JingTai town,GaoLan town. Longnan mountain area of374959.430hectares of land resourcesavailable, relative to the province’s total amount is small, the fourth among the fivearea. Mainly distributed in qinzhou state of TianShui, maiji district, Qin An town andCheng town of longnan county. Gannan Gao Yuanou available land area of16943.080hectares, accounting for the province’s proportion is0.29%, the least amount of five district in the province. Mainly distributed in luqu county, maqucounty and xiahe town. The hexi corridor area covers an area of1942003.627hectares, the land resources available, is the largest total.Mainly distributed in theSuzhou area、SuBei county、Yumen city of Jiuquan city, and gaotai county、ganzhouarea of zhangye area.Amount of available land resources per capita, the largest in hexiarea of0.403hectares per person. According to the available land resourcesabundance rating87counties of available land resources in Gansu province can bedivided into a very rich, rich, common rich, lack, very lack.(2) The evaluation results.The available land resources rich areas identified as keydevelopment area, can be targeted to the appropriate expansion of construction landsupply.Generally rich strict controls of incremental construction land area andrevitalize the stock.
