Research On The Effects Of Industrial Land Development Intensity Index In Shandong Province

Since the founding of new China, our country the development of the industry has experienced a leap, which gives a huge boost to the whole country’s economic development. According to the national bureau of statistics data since the reform and opening up, China’s industrial production has jumped to 1978 in 160.7 billion RMB to 21.0689 trillion RMB in 2013. With the development of industrialization process all the way by leaps and bounds, the land use scale of China’s industry has been growing rapidly,such as excessive consumption of land, unreasonable structure of land use and land use inefficiency appeared recently, especially the low intensity of the industrial land problems, are adding more pressure on supply of land resources. Our country highly focused on the economical and intensive utilization of industrial land, industrial land policies, and control standards have been issued to control the industrial land development intensity. As a big economic province with a big population and little land, Shangong’s economic development and industrialization process development and industrialization process is also like a microcosm of China in the country. Therefore, under countries "practice the standard control system" circumstances, research on the effects of industrial land development intensity index in Shandong Province has certain representativeness and typicality.First of all, this article sorted out and recalled the policy of industrial land development intensity and related research, on the basis of summarizing the existing research results, carried on the new definition of the connotation of industrial land development intensity index in Shandong Province, from the perspective of spatial land use coefficient in plot ratio and building control on the size of land for industrial projects, introduced the unit land indexes, combined with norm index and control index way to evaluate the effect of industrial land development intensity index in Shandong province.Secondly, through two rounds of questionnaire survey,16 cities in Shandong Province of 1374 typical industrial enterprise research samples, involving 26 industry categories,69 classes were selected for research. Based on the survey data of quantitative and qualitative analysis, the research was carried out from the quota evaluation, controlling the actual value evaluation index and controlling index enforcement evaluation industry in Shandong Provinc e in the aspect of land development intensity index impact study.Finally, according to the evaluation results, summarizing the causes of the problems o f evaluation results from the aspects of index system establishment, government manage ment, and the enterprise itself construction industrial land development intensity index in Sh andong Province, and conduct evidences from the typical sample cases for industrial enterp rises. Corresponding countermeasures are raised from four aspects:the development intens ity control system construction of Shandong Province, the improvement of the relevant depar tment manager, the control mechanism of guarantee, and the transformation of methods of land supply.
