Most countries existing national economic accounting pays close attention to the economic development speed, rather than economic development quality, the inability to healthy economic development in a reasonable evaluation. This paper based on economic and environmental unified for the overall development concept, to establish a set of environmental consumption, resource containing loss and economic construction and development in the evaluation index system.Relevant researches from green GDP since the 1970s, worldwide spread, through the untiring efforts of all, basically formed green GDP concept, and the prototype of the worldwide promotion. Our country is progressing faster, have certain achievements.Inheriting predecessors' achievements, this paper discusses the Beijing 2007 green GDP accounting related issues. Emphasis on data collecting and sorting, compiled the 2007 Beijing green GDP input-output table, and supporting coefficient analysis and model analysis, finally for Beijing's sustainable development provides more practical countermeasure and the suggestion.Illuminates the green GDP accounting ideas, economic activity is produced in resource environmental accounting as GDP accounting in the cost of leakage is deducted by resources and environment cost of domestic production net as green GDP value. And the DiYiErSan industry green GDP accounting gives a precise definition. Specific to methods, compiling green GDP input-output table used the two-step method, reach the designated position in original GDP Ed form the basis of input-output table adjusted accordingly increase resources consumption reduction and environmental relegation quadrant.
