| As the world trend of accelerated economic globalization and integration, high-tech industries leading role in the economy has become increasingly evident that countries in the high tech industry, competition is increasingly fierce. Especially in the financial crisis, as the driving force behind national economy, the development of high-tech industry's economic structure plays a crucial role to the county. All countries would to build high-tech industrial belts, in order to increase core competitiveness of the country.In this paper, drawing high-tech industrial belt of the existing theories based on the research, high-tech industrial belt in the content, structure, characteristics, classification, etc. in detail, compiled a comprehensive theory on the high-tech industry with research,analyzed the formation mechanism of high-tech industrial belt and law, revealed the high-tech industries at home and abroad with different development modes in northern Beijing's high-tech industry development belt in China.This paper introduced the latest national, Beijing, Changping District, Haidian District, and the "second five " plan to guide the comprehensive range of different geographical space high-tech industry development plan, established a high-tech industrial zone north of Beijing and the industrial layout of the range Detailed analysis of its development opportunities and advantages, and ultimately determine the biological medicine, energy technology, environmental protection, new materials, electronic information, the development of aerospace and other key industries.In the last part of the paper, provide some policies and development strategies to northern high-tech industries in Beijing, mainly from the point of view, the policy system, including the technological innovation system, investment and financing system, personnel training and other aspects of analysis, in order for high-tech industrial belt in northern Reference for the development of recommendations. |
