In recent years, customers, especially group customers has demanded for the communications industry with the emergency of different trends in the past with the rapid development of the communications industry. To provide the industry with its background of Industry Application Solutions has become the direction of developing of the marketing for group customers. Meanwhile, the increasingly fierce competition in the communications market challenges communication enterprises in the field of improving occupancy factor in the way of competitive differentiation. This trend poses new requirements for the great customer marketing team. Therefore, its traditional organizations and ways will change. How to create a high quality and efficient marketing team, and make objective and effective performance evaluation to promote the development of its client business group, has become one of the most important issues which communications operators have to faceHere, I will group customer marketing team in Sichuan Unicom Group for original version. I will analyze the performance management of matrix marketing team based on new competitive environment, market environment, performance management,and propose a strategy. At the same time,I'11 propose to establish integrated system, promote in team's building. Moreover, it has a positive meaning to the group's goal achievement on the base of performance management..Through study specific cases,I'11 find a solution to performance management of group customer marketing team in the communications industry. Besides, it's meaningful. Also I think I will be able to give a brief introduction to the function of it in the similar r program.
