According to the proportion of Jewish Nobel prize winners in science, this article put forward "Jewish phenomenon" to investigate the reason for the achievements Jews have accomplished in the field of science. Firstly, through the investigation on Jewish Nobel prize winners'lives and scientific achievements, the author point out that the "Jewish phenomenon" reflects some features which include their complex identity background, centralized geographical location, advantage educational background, profound cultural foundation and quite strong innovation endowment. Secondly, to investigate the cause of "Jewish phenomenon" according to the features of Jewish winners, and point out that under the combined effects of the factors such as historical circumstances, religious faith, educational traditions, cultural identity and social customs, the Jewish people opened the door of wisdom to develop mission consciousness, rebelling consciousness and exploring interest, and gave birth to the spirits of seeking knowledge, innovation, ration, collaboration, being realistic, and other scientific spirits; these spirits and consciousness have been cast into the blood of Jewish people as the inexhaustible source from which they devote themselves to science, and make a number of scientific discovery and technological invention in the accumulation of long years. Furthermore, to reflect the causes of the "Jewish phenomenon", point out that the generation of the "Jewish phenomenon" reflects some laws such as dynamic stimulation, advantage accumulation, and symbiotic effect for the growth of talent and so on, these laws have certain significance to our country's scientific and technological personnel training. Finally, the reveal of the cause of the "Jewish phenomenon" makes us go deeply into the great differences between Chinese culture and Jewish culture. In order to achieve the zero breakthrough in the Nobel Prize, and give birth to talented people from generation to generation in science and technology, we not only need to review historical experiences, improve sense of urgency, reflect national morality, reshape the national faith, examine the personnel situation, innovate educational methods, but also need to explore the cultural heritage, promote the scientific spirit, improved the research environment, and create academic opportunities.
