With the development of Chinese economy rapidly, foreign trade expansion and internationalization process faster significantly. More and more companies recognize that human resources have become the determinants of enterprise development and core strength of management. In this one, oil and gas collecting and transporting industry develop rapidly, the deepening of international trade, not only to our country's economic lifeline, but also related to Chinese energy security. Meanwhile, the number of talent needs increasing rapidly, existing human capacity, quality can't suit for the stable and sustainable development of enterprise. The outcome of the manager training and adaptation is directly related to the oil and gas business operate to the strategic of advancing out of the extent and effect.Therefore, optimize the allocation of talent of oil and gas collecting and transporting industry, build a high-quality, reasonable structure, with a high degree of adaptability talent team have a long-term and important significance for enterprises to improve performance, enhance their competitiveness and maintain the sustainable development. And what kind of talent to be considered truly suitable for enterprise development, to adapt to the job requirements, can provide the necessary support to the international business has become the focus of personnel training issues in oil and gas business.The main content in this study are as follows:First of all, the dissertation starts with analyzing the questions which oil and gas collecting and transporting industries'management talent team is facing currently, using the combination of biological and sociological method and perspective, defines the basic concepts of human adaptation, discussed the impact factors of human adaptation and adaptive criteria,which to form the theoretical framework for adaptation. This paper argues that the "human adaptation" refers to the interaction between people and the survival competition environment arising a certain character. Human adaptation can divide into two parts: talent active adaptation and talent passive adaptation. It's a comprehensive result of survival adaptation and sustainable development.Secondly, through the analysis of international management content and design the questionnaires, data analysis, we constructed the adaptive feature model of oil and gas collecting and transmission business international management talent team. And to enable the evaluation results more objective and objective, we lead into AHP to determine the weights of evaluation indexes and establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human adaptability evaluation. It can help companies to find the lack of talent team and provides additional evidence for decision-making.Finally, taking oil and gas collecting and transmission business in Sichuan Province as a case company to do empirical analysis. Through the sampling data, we find the problems in international management talent team in the elements of adaption. We not only provide corresponding comments and suggestions to help the company to solve the real business problems, but also verify the rationality and practical operational of the model.
