The construction of indemnificatory housing is the effective method to ensure people's living right.However,the research of the price of indemnificatory housing is not profoundly,so that the research is not be satisfied the request of the construction of indemnificatory housing.Based on the present situation of the research,the author studied the indemnificatory housing,which contained the categories,the definition,the price and the supply scheme of indemnificatory housing,by the study on the case of downtown area Nanjing city.Firstly in this paper, the author increased the high price of the current house. Second, the author discussed the current research of indemnificatory housing at home and abroad.And then, the author classified the conception of indemnificatory housing,and discussed each category of indemnificatory housing.In the end, the author study the price of indemnificatory housing empirically,by the case of downtown area Nanjing city. The conclusions of this paper contain:1) The relationship of the house price and the land price.The author studied that the demand of land is incresed because of the house price ricing.And the land price rapidly rises because of the demand of land rising rapidly. As a result, the land price is decided by the housing price.2) The land supply scheme of indemnificatory housing. The author studied the residents economic bear ability of the house price and economic bear ability of the land price.And the author studied the land supply scheme of indemnificatory housing,by the comparison of economic bear ability of the land price and the land cost. And in the end,the author studied the land right bundle and supply way.3) The classified study of indemnificatory housing. The author classified the conception of indemnificatory housing to 4 categories,they are relocation housing, economically affordable housing,buyers collected housing and low-rent housing. The author studied the definition,the residents,the right bundle and the exit system.4) The empirical study the price of indemnificatory housing. The author counted different price or rent of different category house,by the appropriate examples of the downtown area Nanjing city.
