In recent years, as our economic development, real estate market matures. shopping center's development as the most important part of commercial real estate is unwonted flourish. And the shopping center upsurge has been lifting in China. Shopping center investment development is the business field of high-end management behavior, known as high investment, high return, high risk and difficult the "four high" industry, the bigger the risk factors facing more and, to a great extent, a commercial real estate projects depends on the success or failure of the the fate of an enterprise. Therefore, the shopping center in the construction of investment in the development of the cause, hazard risk factors and how to effectively control risk is currently theorists and businesses face important issue.This article from the Angle of investment developers, first discusses the development of shopping center in the large in China's history, and shopping center under the condition of market economy the particularity of on this basis, the shopping center analyzes and sums up the causes of the investment risk.
