Farmland contractual right's transference is the certain product when rural economy and society have developed to a stated stage, it reflects the objective requirement of the development of productivity. Farmland contractual right's rational and orderly transference can not only promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and industrial management of agriculture, give an impulse to land appropriate management of scale, but also increase agricultural income, and augment channels of increasing farmers'income. Farmer is the most important subject in farmland contractual right's transference, their intention and behavior has a fundamental effect on an area's rural land transfer,and it is the micro-element which can induce system reform of rural land, so, how to let them participat in this process under the premise of equality, unconstraint and payment, has important significance to improve land use efficiency, standardize the order in rural market and ulteriorly perfect the land transfer system.This article firstly analyzed and summarized the domestic and overseas researches about peasants'expectations in rural land transfer and its influence factors, then, this paper chose the property rights theory, land rent theory and rational choice theory as guides, took 474 households in Yucheng district of Ya'an city as respondents, investigated and analyzed the present situation of rural land transfer, peasants' expectations in rural land transfer and its influence factors in this area. At the same time, this paper integrated survey data of the questionnaire, established Logistic regression model, quantitatively analyzed rural land transfer's influence factors. The results showed that there were many factors affectting peasants'expectations in rural land transfer, but there were three main factors:(1) non-farm income, the higher the proportion of non-agricultural income is, the lower dependence on land the farmers will have, the more liability of transfering land the peasants will have, against the contrary; (2) the educational level of housemaster, the higher the housemaster's educational level is, the more in-depth understanding on land-related policies and land transfer they will have, and the stronger their expectations in rural land transfer will be; (3) land stability, the fewer the times of land adjustment is, the higher the stability will be, the higher farmers' expectation on the stability of land ownership will be, and they will be more focused on transfering in land. Conclusion:(1) to further improve the rural labor force transfer mechanism, increase their income; (2) to further enhance the scientific and cultural quality of farmers; (3) to continue implementing the"great stability, small adjustment"policy, enhance the stability of land ownership, and then to further improve land transfer mechanism.
