Research On Peasants’ Expectations In Rural Land Transfer And Its Influence Factors In Licheng District Of Putian City

With the development of the industrialization and urbanization, rural land circulation will inevitably arise, adapt to the development of productivity is the production relations.Reasonable and orderly circulation of rural land, which is beneficial to development of moderate scale management, increase the profit of the land output, at the same time to promote the industrialization of agriculture development and structure adjustment, increasing farmers’.income, to broaden the way of increasing farmers’income. The land circulation can not rely on coercion, to adhere to the voluntary paid in accordance with the law. Farmers is the dominant player in the process of land circulation, its will and decision-making in an area of land circulation plays a vital role, therefore, the research intention and its influencing factors of peasant household land mobility of land circulation gradually took to the healthy and orderly development of rail, promote the integration of urban and rural development has important significance.This paper on the land circulation policy formulation, practical experience at home and abroad, problems and factors affecting farmland circulation summarized, then, according to the theory of agricultural land property rights, land scale economy theory, the behavior of peasant household behavior theory as the instruction, through random sampling to select chenggang putian city 240 farmer households investigation information, li city is analyzed on the farmland circulation of farmland changing characteristics, present situation, the farmland circulation intend and influencing factors. By using data obtained from the questionnaire, put it in the logistic regression test, to get the farmland circulation will influence factors were analyzed. The results showed that many factors affecting the farmers’ willingness to transfer, but the main influencing factors are the following three aspects:(1) non-farm income, the greater the proportion of non-agricultural income, the dependence on land to farmers is smaller, more willing to turn out of the land; (2) the head of the household culture degree, head of the household of the higher education period, relevant laws and regulations on land circulation to understand more deeply, more willing to participate in the land circulation; (3) the stability of the land, the land is more stable, adjustment of the less number of times, farmers to its expected more smooth, more conducive to land circulation. To put forward the following countermeasures:(1) to realize reasonable rural labor force and increase farmers’ income; (2) to strengthen the training of farmers to guide, improve the cultural quality of farmers; (3) the stability of land property rights, perfect the relevant system; (4) actively explore land trust mode, encourage the development of multiple operators; (5) strengthen the government’s management of land circulation, improve the service level; (6) to provide comprehensive services, increase the intensity of financial support.
