Study On Potential Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Intensive Use In Xinyang City

Presently, There is a change of economic construction in our country. The promoting of Urbanized, industrialized will inevitably take part of the cultivated land and occupied the limited resources of land. At the same time, with the rapid growth of population, the contradiction between agricultural land area and demand of agricultural products are becoming seriously. The effective method to solve the problem is changing land use patterns, and raising the level of intensive use of land. By raise the level of intensive use of land and fully exploit the potential of intensive use, not only laying a solid foundation for economic and social development of sustainable, but also providing land resources for national economic and social development. At present, the evaluation of land intensive use is mainly concentrated in urban and construction areas, the evolution of cultivated land is relatively small. Because of the most important status of cultivated land in economic and social development, There are necessary and imperative for research the intensive use of cultivated land.The article take the example of cultivated land in Xinyang City, Based on the analysis of potential results of intensive use of cultivated land, we find the main factor which effect potentiality developing, and take some method to improve the intensive use of cultivated land, making a direction for better use cultivated land resources in Xinyang City.The result show that:The features of comprehensive potential is that southern more than northern, southern area of mountain more than northern plain,this similar to the distribution of intensive utilization. The features of theory potential of the cultivated land is that southern mountain area>middle area>huaihe area>northern plain area. The region that reality potential is greater are mainly located in huaihe area, southern mountain area are lower.Form the four principles layer of potential evaluation of Cultivated land intensive use system,we can see that the input potential of Cultivated land intensive use in Xinyang is smaller, and land input is better than other indicators in comparison; In the other aspects of Cultivated land use intensity,efficiency and sustainable,all have some potential to use. On the basis of quantitative calculation, the article to analysis the major factors which influence the potential of Cultivated land use intensive, and combined with the major factors to making the proposed measures to promoting the potential of Cultivated land intensive use, pointed out the direction which will better use cultivated land resources.
