The development of new product is the assurance which ensures enterprises to occupy a pole position in the market and the essential approach which promotes an enterprise to develop in a healthy and sustained way. The success of new product development depends largely on scientific and validity decision-making procedures of new product development. In order to make a reasonable decision, the enterprise needs to use the perfect evaluation system of new product development to safeguard. At present, although new product development occurs in moments at the enterprise, the success rate of development is far below than expectations of the enterprise operator. In addition, this thesis made some beneficial exploration in the selection of evaluation index,the weight of evaluation index, combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
