Petrochina Southwest oil is the subsidiary of the Gasfield Company, headquartered in Sichuan, Chengdu. It is major business are natural gas and oil exploration, refining, convey and sale business in Sichuan and Xichang. The company has business in Chongqing, south of Sichuan, middle of Sichuan, northwest of Sichuan, and the northeast of Sichuan five areas. It has formal staff 2.13 million, Informal staff 1380. Subordinate units, including secondary eighteen :oil and gas exploration, purification, conveying, the natural gas and oil sales units nine, oil refining and chemical units for two, research, information and the units of measurement for seven. It have 13 authorities, seven directly departments under the company and subsidiary bodies. The company has asset of 199 billion Yuan. Petrochina Southwest oil is our important natural gas exploration and sale company, are our first natural gas area who product thousands of tons of oil and natural gas, It formed a completely natural gas production and distribution system.In the 20th century, with the global industrial modernization process, resources and environmental problems are caused the concern of the international community. The development of low-carbon economy should be on climate change, economic and social development, ensuring energy security is gradually concerned by the international community. Our government has attached great importance to low-carbon economy and actively promotes it. In September 2009, Chinese chairman Hu Jintao in Un Climate Change Summit proposed our country will put the global climate change in our plan of economic and social development, to develop green economy and low-carbon economy and the recycling economy. How to adapt new circumstances changes and grasp the trend of economic development is essential to the Petrochina Southwest oil.This paper is guided by low-carbon theory, marketing theory, strategic of management theory. Analyze the transformation of marketing concept based low-carbon economy of the Petrochina Southwest oil. Analyze the current natural gas market conditions and marketing strategies and also proposed corresponding strategies.The main content consists of three parts::1. In the early stages of research, summary the conception and features of the low-carbon economy; establish strategic system of marketing based low-carbon economy; summary the status and role of the natural gas to the development of low-carbon economy; research and summary the transformation process of the marketing strategies based low-carbon economic of the natural gas.2. In the middle stage of research, Analyses market situation and marketing conditions of the natural gas of the Petrochina Southwest oil. Market situation analyze the market structures and characters, natural gas production, need and supply, development and the trend of the natural gas. Marketing conditions analyze the present of resource, pipe, price, promotion of the natural gas, among which focus on natural gas prices analysis, which including: the structure of natural gas price, pricing the process of the structure.3. In the last stage of research, based on the current low carbon economic trends, proposed the market development strategy of natural gas, with the adjustment of marketing strategy it will be absolutely more effective for the development of Petrochina Southwest oil.
