In the knowledge economy era, human capital has become the most important strategic capital. As the main carrier of human capital and major owners, professionals determine the competitiveness of enterprises and will become the key resource.In today's fast development of economic, talent is the product, the normal flow of talent will benefit optimization of personnel structure and sustainable development for any company. However, too often flow of talent will affect the company's stability and sustainability of development, especially who bear some responsibility, grasp the company's core technology and the management of confidential or technical backbone. If so, the company's survival and development will face a huge crisis. What measures companies should take to attract talent, motivate and retain qualified personnel to win their satisfaction and loyalty, thereby promoting the further development of the company's future has become urgently. Only those who are able to attract, retain, and motivate the first-class talent can become the real winner of competition in the market. Therefore, the problem of brain drain for a long-term strategic development of the modern company has an extremely important significance.In this paper, I use the theory of human resource management to tell the reasons for brain drain of K enterprise in-depth and systematic analysis, and discuss several effective ways and methods to solve the loss of employees. By strengthening the corporate culture, optimizing scientific incentive mechanism, improving career planning and management employees, we can reduce the loss of talent.At the same time, I think the brain drain is the result of the lower employee satisfaction. With the result of Employee Satisfaction survey, companies can reduce the brain drain. Through the survey of the loss of K enterprise's talent, and the tactics of the reasons for the high-tech enterprises will provide us an useful reference.
