Study On Project Quality Management Of Xiangda-xianghan Power Transmission Line

The engineering quality is an important task of project management;if the enterprise can or not win the market greatly depends on the ability of enterprise to meet customers'needs and expectations. Thus the quality management in project management occupies an important position and strengthening project quality management has very important practical significance to enhance enterprise market competitiveness. Power transmission line is the artery of power industry, an important part of power system and also the key and hub grid of power project.The construction of power transmission line of power industry is a complex multi-trades and multi-disciplinary system engineering and has the characteristics of strong professional, difficult construction, short construction period and so on.In order to make the whole construction smoothly and to achieve the anticipated quality goal, we should use the science method in quality control.Based on the introducing of the concept and characteristics of project quality management, the article firstly elaborates the principles of project quality management and analyses the contents, method of the project quality management coupled with the significances of quality management in power transmission line project. Then this paper has a deep reseach on quality management of PDCA cycle and total quality management. And based on the theory of PDCA cycle dynamic control, using the model of the whole process management, combining the construction content of each process, the article discusses the project quality plan, the quality management system of quality assurance and quality control so as to enhance the organization's capacity of project quality management and continuously improve the quality of project and finally fulfill the needs of customers.In the following, according to the actual characteristics of Xiangda-Xianghan power transmission line project the article focuses on discussing how to make a good quality plan and how to ensure the quality. Emphasizing from the personnel structure, the construction equipment and construction machinery, materials management, construction technology and construction environment, the five aspects, the article illustrates how to carry out the quality control in construction process and maintain and improve the quality. Through practice, the article summarizes main points of good quality control during construction so as to make the target clear, the uniformity good and continuity strong; and combining with the practical project, the auther deeply studies the quality management of power transmission line. Finally, this paper summarizes the major achievements of power transmission line project quality management, the main problems at present and proposes quality management measures to solve these problems.
