This paper presented fuzzy group decision making method based on traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To Calculating optimal decision vector which can represent all experts in group using Group Eigen Value method. Determining membership functions of comments using the statistical method. The maximizing deviation method is introduced to get index weights. Finally, this method is verified through an example. To choose different weights of subjective and objective risk indexes. Concluding that project cost risks mainly coming from objective risk. This paper analyzed the present situation and characteristics of cost risk evaluation for electricity and power construction enterprises. The theory of fuzzy mathematics and group decision making are used to evaluate the electricity and power engineering project cost risk. The main researeh findings are as follows:1. Form the concept of engineering cost, the paper introduces the characteristics, cost structure, accounting characteristics and the contents of engineering cost.2. This section introduces the cost risk theory and screens risk of electricity and power construction enterprises and then constructs the evalution index system of project cost risk.3. This section summarizes the common methods for project cost risk, and briefly introduces the evaluation method of set-valued statistics theory and Monte Carlo simulation method.4. To review the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics, introduce the method of membership functions, the definition of fuzzy group decision-making, group eigenvalue method and deviation maximization method. Finally a group decision making method is given.5. To calculate case.
