Fujian And Taiwan Exchanges And Cooperation Of Industry Associations To Deepen The Study Of The Problem

Association between Fujian and Taiwan, as non-profit organization, playing a huge role if the two is bound closely to promote exchanges and cooperation in economic and trade exchanges, industrial docking, cultural exchanges, agricultural cooperation, platform construction. This paper starts from defining the concept of industry associations, the organization features and functions of the positioning, and then by comparing the history of the development and mode of operation for Fujian Association.Besides,by summarying the development of Taiwan's successful experience and advanced practice in industry associations, we try to give advice to proposed reform and innovation for further standardize the the development of Fujian Association . Through the analysis of the feasibility, importance and necessity of the exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Association, we evaluated the preliminary results and analyzed the problems for the communication and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan industry associations .Then summarying the entry point, area, pathways and win-win model based on symbiosis theory .we gave advice for further exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Association.This article is divided into 6 sections:Chapter 1 Introduction to the main article outlines the research background and its significance,then introducting the status and dynamic theories of industry association in domestic and foreign .Besides ,we introduce the related theories about the exchanges and cooperation of the industry association between Fujian and Taiwan At last,we introduced the research contents ,methods and technical line of this articleChapter 2 Describing the main definition, organizational characteristics and functions .of industry association . Chapter 3 The current situation and characteristics about the industry association of Fujian,and its Organization construction .Then we have An overview of the development of industry association for Fuzhou , Xiamen , Zhangzhou and Quanzhou.we summarized the development of Fujian Association, features and shortcomings and learned from the experience of the development of industry associations in Taiwan,and come up with some tips to reform the development of Fujian association.Chapter 4 Describing The importance and necessity of Deepen exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Association ,and the significant progress has been made in exchanges and cooperation between the two sides,then talking about the existing problems and the countermeasures for these problems.Chapter 5 symbiotic theory, this paper proposes a deepening based on communication and cooperation between fujian and Taiwan industry association of mechanism structure. Namely, create an environment induction mechanism, strengthening symbiotic dynamic mechanism, reduce or eliminate symbiotic damping mechanism of fujian and Taiwan industry association, the symbiotic relation mode to more advanced pattern evolution, achieve finally symbiotic relationship between fujian and Taiwan industry association of the ideal mode - symmetrical mutualist conditions integration symbiotic model.Chapter 6 is the conclusion, mainly on the results of this study and summary of main points, and describes the deficiencies and problems to be solved for this thesis.
