Fujian and Taiwan face with each other across the sea. They have a long-termcooperation relationship, which provide a good basis for Fujian to learn the advancedexperience form Taiwan agricultural cooperative organizations. The construction ofpeaceful development and the implementation of ECFA (Economic CooperationFramework Agreement) take an excellent opportunity cross-strait agricultural cooperation.This paper compares the main differences between Fujian and Taiwan AgricultureOrganization, analyzing the main problems and shortcomings, which promotingcross-strait agricultural cooperation, learns from Taiwan’s experience in the developmentof Fujian Agricultural Cooperation Organization.This paper takes organization of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwanas research subjects, mainly on comparative analysis, expand around the form ofexpression, the course of development, function, policy environment and operating resultsto compare the main differences between Fujian and Taiwan Agriculture Organization.This paper explores the reasons for the formation of the difference from the level ofagricultural productivity, the degree of agricultural market and government function thosethree aspects.
