Being one of the basic elements of society, an enterprise performs both profit and social roles, Ideally,any company in the market should be aware of their social responsibility while trying to maximize their economic interests. However, the trend of globalization has brought both internal and external changes to enterprises and exposed them under fierce competitions and big challenges. Hence, to maximize their economic interests, which is the initial goal, some companies would rather risk with unethical deeds that would definitely bring negative external effects like quality and environmental problems and further influence the healthy development of the whole economy and society. Under such circumstances, research on how much social responsibility should an enterprise shoulder and how to evaluate its social responsibility has constantly caught people's eyes.In China, most recent studies on CSR remain at the beginning stage– looking for measures to better fulfill a company's social responsibility. And barely touches fields like ways of establishment of corporation's social responsibility and quantitative evaluation of its social responsibility performance. This creates an opportunities for this thesis to explore on how to build a quantitative evaluation system for enterprises'social responsibilities; how to figure out successful features of social practice from consumers'eyes as well as how to help enterprises set up reasonable social goals by considering consumers'views.Based on literature review method, hierarchical analysis, quantitative and quantitative analysis, the paper tries to:(1) Start with a new perspective– from the view of consumers, to evaluate enterprises'social performances so as to compensate for the disadvantage of traditional quantitative evaluation theory of corporate social responsibility(2) Conduct empirical measurements by selecting certain amounts of enterprises and compare the results with standard evaluation system. Then put forward practical suggestion and strategies to different enterprises.And Main results obtained are as follows:(1) After filtering inefficient and unstable figures, set up scientifically and systematically basic evaluation system for enterprises'social performance and test reliability and efficiency of basic figures by econometric methods.(2) Establish the performance testing system on the basis of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and obtain standard results for various evaluations.
