Study On The Factors Which Affect The Innovation Of The Industrial Clusters In Hebei Province

Recently, through the development of reform and open policy in China, some industrial clusters, as feature of county and as characteristic of cohesion among minor enterprises who engage in traditional manufacture industry, became distinct industrial clusters and made important effects for Chinese economic development. Therefore, researching on industrial cluster not only has theory value, but also has practical valve.In recent years, industrial clusters of Hebei province developed quickly, such as Qinghe cashmere, Gaoyang weaving, Baigou bag and Anping screen mesh. These clusters, as feature of county, develop gradually, and some mature clusters have famous reputation and push regional economy and solve employment problem. However, industrial clusters of Hebei province have lower creativity, so it is very important to research on innovation factors and lead technological innovation for industrial cluster of Hebei province. The traditional industrial clusters of Hebei province have the problems of lower creativity of enterprises and integral cluster, hindering their further development.This dissertation discusses related theory about industrial cluster, its creativity, and its innovation factors, and provides innovation factors about industrial cluster of Hebei province through analyzing factors of environment, policy, net, technology and organization. The author investigates the plate-furniture industrial cluster of Wen'an county, Langfang Hebei province, collected tremendous original data through interviewing CEOs, and categorizes and concludes it, and then analyzes its reliability and validity by spss18.0, and builds structure equation model. This dissertation gets innovation factors of industrial clusters in Hebei province, sums up some problems of them and provides constructive methods for their development.
