Under the background of globalization in economy and technology,technology innovation has gradually become the main way to improve the competition advantage, with the aid of the research and development resources in colleges and scientific research institutes, technology innovation is enterprise to achieve an optimal approach to technological progress. Industry university research cooperative innovation as the main form of technological innovation, has received widespread attention of all countries in the world. Along with the diversification of the innovation subject and the complex of innovation content, In multidisciplinary and many industry gathering for the characteristics of the subject groups and cooperative innovation in the industrial cluster, as a new paradigm for collaborative innovation, receives more and more attention of all circles of the society, many agent to form the entity organization, can integrate the maximization of mutual resources, improve resource utilization, stimulate creative potential in cooperation, realize common development. However, in the actual process of discipline clusters and industry clusters cooperative innovation, such problems as the failure rate is high, the relationship is not stable, make a group with industrial cluster innovation difficult to long-term health development. Therefore, from building a relatively independent and cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization besides perspective research on the stability of discipline clusters and industrial clusters collaborative innovation organization, which has important significance to maintain discipline cluster and industrial cluster cooperative innovation in sustainable development.This paper firstly defines the related concepts of discipline cluster and industry cluster cooperative innovation, and on the foundation of many previous research results, put forward the research framework of organization innovation system stability cooperative subject group and industry cluster, and on the foundation of many previous research results, put forward there search framework of organization innovation system stability cooperative subject group and industry cluster. Second, from agroup with the perspective of cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization operation process, build and cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization stability influence factors besides the conceptual model, the influence factors can be divided into three stages, the formation stage, operation stage and benefit stage, using expert investigation method to improve and modify the concept model, put forward research hypothesis. Then, the stability and cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization besides influencing factors questionnaire for preliminary design, through an investigation of questionnaire in the form of item screening and correction, draw a formal investigation questionnaire. Finally, the partner selection, system building, cultural fusion,and with a group of profit distribution and the role of the stability of cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization relationship to do the empirical research, by issuing a large number of questionnaires for the collection of data reliability validity analysis, correlation and linear regression analysis, and study the relationship between the variables in the model. At last, through analysis on hypothesis testing conclusion, explains the partner selection, system building, cultural integration and distribution of interests is how to function in a group and the stability of cooperative innovation of industrial cluster organization.
