| In recent years, the competition of domestic real estate market is becoming more and more fiercely, among different kinds of opportunities and challenges facing by the companies, one of the most important points is how to combine the strategic objective of the companies into the performance management system. Depend on the strategic performance management tool, Balanced Score Card can apportion the strategic objective into different hierarchies of departments, and then apportion to each employees through different departments. By means of the performance management on different levels in the companies, the performance objective can be achieved by each hierarchy; finally the company strategic objective can be achieved.Several methods are adopted in this thesis, including site observation, face to face interview, discussion, document analysis, questionnaire survey, Through the analysis and survey on the existing condition of performance management of real estate companies in China, combine with case study of performance management in WT real estate company, describe the performance management current condition and analyze the existing problems in detail. The performance management proposal based on strategy has been put forward; the performance management proposal based on strategy was also designed by means of MBO, BSC and KPI to perfect the original performance management system in WT Real Estate Company. The new performance management system is based on strategic objective of the companies; apportion the strategic objective into different hierarchies of departments and finally the company strategic objective can be achieved. Meanwhile, in order to insure the proposal is carried out fluently, performance management assurance system is also designed as the support.To establish the performance management system which can reflect the characteristics of real estate industry and real estate company, together with performance evaluation of the long term strategic development of companies, it is very beneficial for the managers to regulate the operation behaviors, to have the full performance evaluation on the activities of companies, to understand the self business condition and adjust the development strategy. The establishment and development of strategic performance system can strongly promote the level of performance management and strategic management of the companies; it is also meaningful for keeping the competition of the companies and sustainable development. |
