Since reform and opening up, China' s real estate indus try rises at an unprecedented rate, and becomes as China' s main economic pillar ind ustry and th e promoter of econom ic growth. In recen t years, Chinese governm ent has further strengthened the macro regulation and control of the real estate market, competition of real estate industry heats up. Under the circum stances, the real estate business marketing strategies is particularly important.Marketing strategy plays an im portant role in guidin g real esta te sa les. Appropriate marketing strategy can expand the real estate market effectively, and it is conducive to achieving the sales goals. Firs tly, this paper descri bes the theoretical basis of real estate m arketing. Secondly, taking Tianjin HQ financial center as an example, this paper analyzes micro and macro environment of the project's marketing. Then, this paper analyzes the SW OT of the project, and establishes the sales position according to the SWOT results. Fin ally, combing the classical 4Ps m arketing theory, this paper analyzes the Tianjin HQ financia l center's product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and pro motion strategy. In conclusion, T ianjin HQ financial cen ter should combine Tianjin real estate m arket characteristics, pr oduct positioning for a certain forward-looking high-end urba n com plex, marketing strategy also corresponding adopted a landmark of high-end marketing.This paper combining theory with practice, explores the marketing management mode and method for Tianjin HQ financial center, so as to provide some advice to the project and other real estate enterprises.
