Study On Construction Peasant-labor Training And Appraisal System

In recent years, with the increasingly developing of construction , all kinds of construction workers is expanding constantly, especially basic level labor which mainly be composited of peasant-labor. These basic level labor commonly lack of knowledge and technological training which inevitably influenced construction quality and themselves security, even frequent accidents. In view of these problems, the paper is intended to develop the construction peasant-labor training and appraisal system to promote the healthy development of construction industry.After analyzing the current situation of domestic and international construction labor training and appraisal developing, main problems of domestic construction labor training also, the training and appraisal system process and main ideas are provided based on advanced experiences of abroad construction industry. As an example, this paper put forward the full analysis of the current construction labor training situation and problems in Tianjin city from industry, the enterprise and labor aspects. On basis of it , the Tianjin Construction Peasant-labor Training Management Regulations is provided after multi-analyzing of training countermeasure. As the result, the construction labor training and appraisal system, assurance mechanism suggestions are developed.
