The article firstly summarizes the operational model of automobile logistics synchronization, based on the study of existing literatures home and abroad. According to the range, composition and characteristics of automobile logistics, this research focuses on parts supply logistics and production logistics, and establish index evaluation system of supply logistics synchronization. On production logistics, emphasize points needing attention in operation, which are made by four automobile manufacturing processes. Then, the article respectively makes quantitative research on two questions about parts supply logistics synchronization and the whole supply chain logistics synchronization.On the study of parts supply logistics synchronization, the article analyzes that different kinds of delay penalty setting produces different decisions of supply delivery time in a two-level supply chain with unsharing information, and builds one on suppliers` delivery time. Then, reasonable horizontal and vertical delay penalties are found out by achieving the centralized decision-making goal, to let suppliers make identical response time. Numerical analysis shows that the coordination mechanism of this paper can also adjust costs among suppliers and manufacture. Simultaneously the new idea was put forward that vertical penalty factor can promote cooperation between suppliers and manufactuers.On the problem of the whole supply chain logistics synchronization, the article firstly researches features of synchronous logistics and finds out its advantages. Then study the supply chain of "supply-manufacturing-distribution", with both demand-pull and supply-driven characteristics, build quantitative coordination models between manufacturing and logistics under synchronous logistics system and traditional logistics system respectively. Finally, the study compares the decision-making results through numeric example.
