In recent years,project management as an emerging management method, in our all various trades and occupations obtains a wide range of promotion and application.Especially in electronic products manufacturing enterprises which is relatively short product life cycles and development progress requests quickly ,such as mobile phones, PC, etc.Time management of project is the key of project management, affects the project's success and achievement.This paper carries on the research discussion to the mobile phone product development progress management.In the mobile phone profession, the project management is very common, but the majority of them attent flow process management, that the project management theory and the actual union does not arrive.
