Along with my construction projects has continued to grow, the number and size requested the construction project was becoming increasingly short, construction work control the progress of the works as a project management work, an important link in the project will directly determine their own successful building construction units, which has a great bearing on the reputation and interests. Effective control of the progress of the project is to improve project management level project investment and saving costs, shorten cycle building important guarantee. the level of progress control is directly related to the efficiency and the level of cost control of the construction units, in order to achieve the project objectives need to establish an effective control system to make the safeguard,reliable measures should be taken and the actual project culture which match the project to improve management of the execution. Therefore, the construction progress of the works of exploration and research, and control of both the owner and the construction unit, it is an event of great significance.This paper base on the brief analysis of the progress of the project management of domestic and international situation and the progress of construction project management in the current situation and aim at the current problem in Control of Construction Project, in response to the problems that exist in conjunction with the construction of third Northwest Company, contractors of Qu Jiang Xi'an International Conference Center, the actual progress of the Project Management from project progress management control procedures, project planning and implementation of active participation in the design, and related parties to the communication and coordination, project cultural construction and project management, and so on, and that the project in performing measures taken in the course, with projects to do in order to deal with practice, analysis of progress control methods and their effects, creating a sense of direction control theory. which can provide some guidance for progress control of construction project which is done while the designation is doing.In addition, the paper also discusses the relationship between the construction progress and cost, construction progress and quality management, and provide some reference for the project management like these , make the project management as a round, whole process of the process, so that construction projects can successfully reach the goals.
