Study On Environmental Evaluation Of Regional Economic Development Based On The Factor Analysis

Regional economic growth is inseparable with the economy growth environment. While a healthy attuned economy growth environment can provide motivation for economic growth, an economy growth environment that is not compatible inevitably stunt economic growth. Therefore, analyzing economic growth environment, giving economic growth environment a correct evaluation, and clearly identifying the cons within the positive economic growth environment can make valuable improvements in researching economic growth environment and promote monetary growth.Based on the principle of region and environment, the associating concepts of regional economic growth environment were defined, and the connections between environment development and economic growth were elaborated. According to the regional economic development environment regarding the defined concept, the regional economic environment evaluation index assessment was established, and a regional economic development environment assessment model was built. This model utilized the factor analysis method to process and evaluate the assessment marks to obtain common factors and factor scores. Factor contribution rate and the improved entropy method are then used to determine the weight of the combined public factors. To be weighted linear combination factor score, the model attained the regional economic development's overall evaluation result. By means of factor score values based on factor size and the condition of the overall assessment to conduct an analysis on regional economic growth environment; strength and weaknesses were identified within the economic growth environment, thus provided theoretical support for improvement the regional economic growth environment .The assessment method of regional economic development environment is applied to the 17 cities in the Shandong Province and its empirical review of the economic growth environment analysis. The analysis acquired economic development environment factor values and comprehensive evaluation results, which provided information for the positivity and lack of understandings in the regional economic development environment, and also proved the effectiveness of the assessment method.
