The Research Of The Innovation Mode Of Medical Industry Based On Network Structure

In recent years, China's medical industry has developed rapidly and become one of the high-tech industries that promote national economic development. China has become a great power nation of pharmacy in the world, but not a powerful nation of pharmacy. According to the developing trend in the future, to change China into the powerful nation of pharmacy, innovation is the key factor to promote medical industry developing fast. This paper based on network structure, takes Tianjin medical industry as an example, finds its suitable innovation mode, and thereby enhances the medical industry innovation ability and the core competitive power.Firstly, this paper defines medical industry network structure frame and system elements and then analyzes the mode of relationships among the medical industry clusters nodes in different development stages. On the basis of previous studies, this paper improves the traditional SCP analysis framework and puts forward RCP research model, namely networks strength, innovation behavior, innovation performance, which this paper conducts an empirical research on the relationship of networks strength and innovation behavior and the innovation behavior influence on innovation performance. Through the empirical study, it is found that the strength of relationships (include frequent degree, close degree, mutual degree and reciprocal degree) between medical industry nodes have a positive effect on enterprise innovation behavior, the enterprise innovation behavior have a positive effect on innovation performance. On the base of case study, aiming at the current situation and shortcomings of Tianjin medical industry innovation, this paper presents a suitable innovation mode for Tianjin medicine industry. Then combining this innovation model, this paper puts forward how to improve the relationship between each node.
