Research On Development Strategy Of New Material Industry In Urumqi High-tech Zone

With the development of economic and society and the trend of globalization, all countries in the world attaches great importance to the development of new materials. In the developed countries new material industry ,which has the technical and commercial competition, become one of the pillar industries and it is foundation and the forerunner of high technology and industrial development, its research level and industrialization scale has become the an important symbol of measuring a country and regional economic development and , the progress of science and technology and national defense capabilities. The United States, Japan, the European Union, which is main regions and countries in the world , product new materials , except to traditional material transformation ,at the same time, they strengthen the development of new materials and extend the industrial chain, and effective use of limited natural resources, and promoting the sustainable development of regional economy.Urumqi high-tech zone is the only high-tech zone of Xinjiang, its good innovation environment and strong economic basis has attracted a lot of backbone enterprise, and small new materials enterprise clusters. High-tech zone gradually formed industrial structure , that take hi-tech industries as the main body, and traditional industries for supplements and has developed industrial development pattern , which is formed of new energy and new materials, biological medicine, electronic information, coal petrochemical and advanced equipment manufacturing like this six pillar industries, these industry has laid a good foundation for developing of new material industrial of Urumqi high-tech zone . But agglomeration of new material industrial of Urumqi high-tech zone is low and degree of new material industrial park construction lags behind, the enterprise distribution is more dispersed, a link and cooperation between the enterprise is low level, forming no obvious conglomeration effect, the independent innovation capability is not strong, human resource structural contradictions are still outstanding. The above problem is caused by unreasonable structure of new material industry and the not perfect industrial chain,. Therefore strengthen new material industrial structure adjustment, improve the innovative ability, development strategy research has important guiding significance to improve competitiveness of new material industrial of Urumqi high-tech zone. This paper mainly adopts the empirical analysis to research industrial structure of new material industry situation and enterprise development of Urumqi high-tech zone, and analysis of new material industry competitiveness, industrial present situation, based on this draw some problems of existing development of new material industry of Urumqi high-tech zone.Basis "11th five-year" plan of Urumqi analysis development point of the new material, combining with hi-tech new material industry of Urumqi put forward overall strategic implementation and assurance measures and proposes the hi-tech industry development of new materials of Urumqi, and its impact on the regional sustainable development of new material industry with reference and significance.
