In 2009, the internet of things (IOT) received unprecedented attention in the world, which following the computer, Internet and mobile communication network was called as another information industry revolution. The products of IOT not only ensure the quality of production, greatly enhance consumer safety index, but also allocate resources rationally, achieve high-efficiency and orderly flow and speed up the pace of industrial restructuring, so as to realize rapid development of national economy.Although our country's IOT technology research and development level is a world leader, having the same advantages compared with other developed countries, it also faces a series of problems. Among them, the contradiction between fragmentation of the application requirements and product supply scale is the most prominent one in the IOT industry development, and it also issues that need to be resolved. And the contradiction's root lies in the unclear business model of IOT.In order to deepen the cognition of IOT business model, provide some reliable suggestions for the developing of the industry and enterprises of IOT, the paper summarized five IOT business models and analyzed them features after reading some related literatures. Based on the assumption of participator's bounded rationality, it chooses competitive-cooperative relationship as a research point between operators and system integrators which are the two core enterprises of IOT industry, and builds an evolutionary game model of two business models which are"Cooperative development, indie promotion"and"Indie development, indie promotion". The paper used the method of mathematics and simulations to analyze various factors affecting competitive-cooperative relationship. Because of dynamic regulation and adaptive learning of evolutionary game theory, it raised the Interpretation of reality of the paper.
