Study & Application On Resource Optimization Method Of Central Air Conditioner R&d Parallel Projects

With the continuous global economic integration and the more and more fiercecompetition in domestic market, many central air conditioner enterprises have startedthe parallel research and development,"R&D"projects to increase the corecompetiveness. This article introduced the definition and the feature of the central airconditioner parallel R&D projects, stated the background of these kinds of projects.The article indicated the biggest problem existing in these kinds of projects is theoverall parallel projects benefits is not as good as expectation, which means theperformance of these projects could not support on the enterprises'long timeoperation strategy well. The article analyzed these problems and found these aremajorly caused by the human and testing resource allocation and utilization is notoptimized. With reading the related papers, I found current mature study andapplication on the resource optimization method is majorly on the single project orparallel one-time implementation projects. Some people have started the study on theparallel R&D projects resource application, but the methods have not been appliedmaturely yet.This article takes the allocation of the technical human resource, the bottleneckresource of central air conditioner R&D parallel projects, as the constrains, theoverall benefits of the parallel projects as the objective function, created themathematical model of the human resource optimization based on the function of thetask vs. the completion time. The article also takes some real projects as theexamples, with the created models, get the resource allocation result with the methodand verified the new allocation could contribute to the overall benefits improvement.Testing resource is another special and key resource among central air conditionerR&D projects. This article analyzed the testing resource management optimizationwith the objective to improve these kinds of projects testing efficiency. As theconclusion, the article raised several key management points systematically.As the end of the paper, the future research area is brought forward based on thedevelopment tendency of the central air conditioner R&D parallel projects.
