Lean logistics is a new logistics management mode and is widelyused now. It emphasizes that through the elimination of waste, reduce thenon-valued activities to make the material of highest quality supply, thelowest cost, the shortest delivery cycle. So the study of lean optimizationof the enterprise supply logistics has very important significance toimprove supply chain quick response ability.In this paper, base on the basic theory of lean logistics, it analyzedthe overall situation of supply logistics in electronic manufacturingindustry, and take P company as an example to analyze its supplylogistics problems. The main problems are the logistics process waste,single inventory management, non-effective integration of logisticssystem, poor information exchange. In view of the above problems, thispaper used Kraljic matrix classification to subdivide the raw materials.According to the material characteristics, the paper choosed two kinds ofsupply logistics lean optimization schemes: one is the VMI model, thissection used the MRP inventory management model to determine thesafety stock and it solved the too idealistic problem of the traditional EOQ model; another is a JIT distribution model, this paper used belowmethods to design JIT model of company P: the development of stablematerial requirements planning, warehouse management improvement,JIT Kanban system. At the end of the paper, it analyzed the improvementof the cost and shipping on time rate, to emphasize the benefit from thelean logistics.
