The Research Of Urban Agricultural Production Structure Based On Supply Security

Urban agriculture is a manifestation of modern agriculture in majorcities. It is facing the unprecedented opportunities with the acceleration ofeconomic development and urbanization. Based on the specific function ofurban agriculture, its development needs to rely on city, services the city, tomeet the needs of urban residents for agricultural products and coordinatedwith the strategic objectives of the urban development, thereby realizing thesustainable development of urban agriculture.This paper first discuss with the theoretical basis of urban agriculturaldevelopment from the conception of urban agriculture, functions and thestructure of production. Then combined with the opportunities and challengesof the urbanization process of urban agriculture, pointed out that the freshsupply of agricultural protection is an important function of urban agriculture. Next, on the basis of the analysis on urban residents' consumption structureof agricultural products, was studied from two aspects of planting andbreeding based on the full security of supply under the conditions of urbanresidents per capita agricultural defenses of the situation, and as the basis forthe structure of agricultural production model. Finally, this paper combinesthe analysis of consumption of agricultural product, circulation cost andinsurance difficulty, on the basis of statistical analysis of the domestic part ofthe city municipal districts per capita arable land, according to the differentlevels of abundance of agricultural land resources, put forward somesuggestions of the agricultural production structure model.
