Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of Soybean Industry Cluster

From the research point of view; most studies are focus on the economic benefit rather than the risk management; from the area of application, most studies are focus on the risk management of industry cluster supply chain rather than the risk management of agricultural cluster supply chain.Soybean industry supply chain cluster and its risk management are taken as the research object herein. According the current risk situation, the risk factors of soybean industry supply chain cluster is identified and the response of risk is laid down. Finally, the effective operation of soybean industry supply chain is improved. A theoretical basis for risk aversion provides not only is for supply chain risk management, but also develops and enriches the theory of chain risk management of specific agricultural products industry cluster theory.The soybean industry clusters is researched from the perspective of supply chain risk management and defines the supply chain industry cluster of soybean, according to the supply chain, industry and other relevant theories. Firstly, the supply chain risks are summed up, the industrial clusters and other related theories at home and abroad. Also, it analyses the content of the soybean industry cluster supply chain and its mononuclear, polynuclear, mixed-link chains, multi-mode and single-chain mixed mode. Secondly, Risks of the clusters supply chain of soybean industry are identified. Thirdly, an evaluation model is established based on the scientific evaluation model. It also improves the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and evaluates the index system; measures are taken to avoid the risk based on the results. At last, taking soybean industry cluster of Jiamusi as real evidence in Heilongjiang province. A theoretical method is provided to the risk management of soybean industry cluster supply chain in our country.
