A Study Of Risk Management And Control Mechanism Of Cluster Supply Chain

Cluster supply chain is superior to traditional supply chain, which is a combination of industry cluster with supply chain, for example, it can produce more customized goods more efficiently, reduce logistical cost of whole supply chain, provide much more opportunities to small and middle-sized enterprises for participating in supply chain. But cluster supply chain is not a perfect model; it still has its own weakness. So there must be risks and problems existing when cluster supply chain operating. If its advantage is exaggerated so much that risks is neglected. And cooperation may be unsuccessful, which can bring a heavy loss to whole chain, even all companies located in the cluster region.Cluster chain is a complex network system, which lays base for fatal risk. There is a strong tie among companies in the chain, so if a mistake is made, the whole chain must cluster supply chain how to manage the risks professionally and systemically. Based on current literatures, it is found that the available method is rarely to identify, assess cluster supply chain risk(CSCR) especislly and systematically; it is lack of special and systematical way for cluster supply chain risk management(CSCRM)This article is divided into six parts.The first part dealt with the necessity and importance of CSCRM and The second part introduced the related basic theories. The key parts, rom part three to part five, analyze the sources or CSCR in detail on the bases of internal and external risks; Based on identifying the risks, it evaluates the risks comprehensively from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives after introducing Triangular Fuzzy Evaluation Method which lays base on Fuzzy Evaluation Method; enventually this paper inllustrates the risk control methodology and mechanism of cluster supply chain from system theory perspective. According to the risk types,corresponding measures for monitoring and preventing risk are proposed.
