The Research On Risk Factors Of Cooperation Innovation Based On Project Whole Life Cycle

With the rapid development of economy and technology, the pace of technological innovation being accelerated, product life cycles are getting shorter, competition among enterprises has shifted from market competition to innovation and competition. But only rely on their own limited knowledge and resources for innovative activities become more and more difficult, even large companies are difficult to develop and master all the technical line of products. Meanwhile, the innovation does not mean success, there are always risks in the whole process of innovation. As the uncertainty of innovation, many companies existence innovation dilemma. Some enterprises have turned to external innovation perspective, began to seek cooperation and innovation in order to get common or complementary innovation goals, and to maximize the reduction of innovation risk. Despite the spread of innovation through cooperation and innovation to the risk, but the cooperation and innovation process is still uncertain. Therefore, the study on the risk factors of cooperation and innovation is very important for companies'R&D activities.Project Whole Life Cycle (PWLC) theory has been widely applied to project management. cooperation and innovation activities in this study is considered as a project, commonly used in project management Project Whole Life Cycle theory perspective, to re-examine the risks of cooperation and innovation activities. Study on the risk factors of cooperation and innovation, we can not only list of risk factors in the whole innovation process. Cooperation and innovation throughout the business cycle should generate creative inspiration from the beginning until the enterprise to achieve goal of innovation. Each stage of cooperation and innovation has a strong continuity, while the incidence of each risk has its time and sequence.In this paper, the object of study is the companies'cooperation and innovation, from the perspective of the project whole life cycle process of cooperation and innovation risk factors in the theoretical and empirical research, cooperation and innovation activities of enterprises to avoid risks and improve the success rate of collaborative innovation for reference.First, the theory of literature are summarized and reviewed, and analysis the theoretical basis of this study to provide theoretical support for subsequent in-depth research; Secondly, in the whole project life-cycle perspective, the life of cooperation and innovation Cycle of collaborative innovation and risk factors for a detailed analysis of target and build a model of cooperative innovation risk factors; Third, to verify the validity of the model, this empirical study was carried out, the data obtained by questionnaire, using Structural Equation Modeling analysis and correction of the model to verify the hypothesis, and ultimately improve the model and conclusions drawn; Finally, the empirical conclusions of the analysis, on the basis of three related inferences drawn, and proposed risk prevention cooperative innovation countermeasures.
