With the rapid development of economy and technology, The competition in thecommodity markets is fiercely increasing, product life cycles are getting shorter, technicalupgrading is also growing fast. More and more companies recognize only innovation is thefundamental of enterprise survival and development. But just relying on their own limitedknowledge and resources to carry out innovative activities increasingly difficult, at the sametime, the innovation does not mean making success, the whole process of innovation is alwaysrisky accompanied. More and more companies began to seek the cooperation and innovationto get the common or complementary innovation goals, and to reduce the innovation risk tothe maximum. However, cooperation and innovation activities are always accompanied byhigh failure rate, partner selection is one of the important reasons. Therefore, researching theenterprise cooperation innovation partner selection factors is very important to improve thesuccess rate of collaborative innovation. Cooperation innovation activities have high risk, andthe risks0f each stage in the cooperation innovation full life cycle are not the same, therefore,use the whole project life cycle theory in the project management to analysis the risk ofcooperation innovation in accordance with their development process, research cooperationinnovation partner selection factors do the effect on the risks of cooperation innovation, tomake enterprises take timely and effective measures for partner selection and risk prevention,so the research has great significance for the enterprise cooperation innovation activities.This paper in the project life cycle perspective, research the role of enterprisecooperation innovation partners selection factors play on the risk of cooperation innovation,carry out the theoretical and empirical analysis. This is a very important theoretical value andpractical significance for improving the success rate of cooperation innovation activities.First, the theory of literature are summarized and reviewed, and analysis the theoreticalbasis of this study to provide theoretical support for subsequent in-depth research; Secondly,in the whole project life-cycle perspective, in do a detailed analysis of cooperation innovationpartners selection factors and risk factors of cooperation innovation, and build the role modelof enterprise cooperation innovation partners selection factors play on the risk of cooperationinnovation; Third, to verify the validity of the model, this empirical study was carried out, the data obtained by questionnaire, using Structural Equation Modeling analysis and correction ofthe model to verify the hypothesis, and ultimately improve the model and conclusions drawn;Finally, analyze the empirical results, on this basis, give the recommendations of enterprisecooperation innovation risk prevention.
